Happy 4th of July! . . . And A New Chair

Happy 4th of July!  We rarely do anything on this day.  #1 it's too dang hot (high 90's today) and #2 it gets pretty crazy with all the people shooting off fireworks in our neighborhood.  We usually end up watching the Boston Pops.

Bought myself a little present yesterday -

So excited about this chair.  It's a Koala and it replaces the little cheap one I bought at Office Depot a few years back.  My sewing table, aka a folding table, sits a little higher with my sewing machine on top of that.  This chair is more like a drafting chair and lets me get up above my table but still reach the sewing machine peddle.
